By the part that said Linux on the page I meant that when they notified me by email it said that it is a tool for Linux

Normally (as far as I understand) .sh scripts are created in Linux, of course it can also be done in Windows as I didn't know that, besides the question was out of curiosity because since the tool's page says Linux I thought it was made there.
Well... it is made in linux in shell script with bash
